Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, with the proportions of each able to be adjusted to create a variety of different types of brasses all with varying properties.

It is generally regarded as an easy metal to cast due to its flow characteristics and it has greater malleability than bronze. Through varying the proportions of copper and zinc the properties of the metal can change significantly, this caters for hard and soft brasses.

Our product range offers brass in various specifications in cast ingot form (HTB1, HTB3). We also offer material in larger cast and machined ingots (CZ112, CZ114) as well as a limited selection of brasses in forged variety.
